Operation Eagle Eye is a veteran-led nonprofit dedicated to strengthening leadership, restoring purpose, and supporting long-term reintegration through structured retreats and community-based programming.

Our programs are educational and recreational in nature and do not provide medical or clinical services.

Alexander V. Jones
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Alexander V. Jones is a U.S. Air Force veteran and co-founder of Operation Eagle Eye. After serving eight years in active duty leadership and operational roles, he felt a deep calling to continue serving the veteran community beyond the uniform. Alexander founded OEE to create intentional spaces where veterans can reconnect with purpose, rebuild confidence, and rediscover the strength found in shared experience. He leads the organization’s vision and daily operations with a commitment to integrity, structure, and long-term impact.

James D. Lee
Co-Founder & Strategic Advisor
James D. Lee is an active-duty member of the United States Air Force and co-founder of Operation Eagle Eye. His continued service gives him firsthand insight into the challenges service members face during and after their military careers. James is passionate about strengthening the bridge between active service and veteran life, helping ensure no one navigates that transition alone. As a strategic advisor, he helps guide OEE’s direction, partnerships, and mission alignment while continuing to serve in uniform.
